    Filler embolization agent

Non-adhesive liquid embolic agent composed of butyl polymer in DMSO, indicated for AVMs and hypervascular tumors.

The Filler embolization agent is a non-adhesive liquid embolic agent composed of butyl polymer dissolved in DMSO, designed for the embolization of peripheral and neurovascular lesions, such as arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) and hypervascular tumors.

Thanks to its non-adhesive properties, the Filler embolization agent allows the microcatheter to remain in place during slow and controlled injections. The DMSO dissipates into the blood and interstitial fluids, causing the polymer to form an outer skin and solidify from the outside in, achieving an effective seal.

    Features

    • Composition of butyl polymer in DMSO.
    • Non-adhesive, allows microcatheter retention during embolization.
    • Controlled polymer solidification from outside to inside.
    • Indicated for AVMs and hypervascular tumors.
    • Compatible with intravenous administration in small quantities.

    Benefits

    • Greater control and safety in embolic agent delivery.
    • Minimizes risk of microcatheter entrapment.
    • Ability to achieve complete occlusion with sustained pressure for 2 to 3 minutes.
    • Ideal for complex anatomies in neurovascular and peripheral interventions.
