4 ml vacuum collection tube with EDTA K3 for veterinary haematological analysis. Made from impact-resistant transparent PET, with lavender anti-splash safety cap. EDTA K₃ anticoagulant at 1.8 mg/ml. Sterile by irradiation. 18-month shelf life.

The EDTA K3 4 ml vacuum tube is the reference solution for whole blood collection and preservation for complete blood counts and haematological analysis in veterinary medicine. The tripotassium EDTA (K₃) additive at 1.8 mg/ml ensures effective and reproducible anticoagulation, preserving cell morphology for reliable differential counts.

Manufactured from transparent high impact-resistant polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the tube allows direct sample visualisation and is compatible with all veterinary haematology analysers on the market (external Ø 13 mm × 75 mm height).

The pierceable butyl rubber stopper with polyethylene anti-splash safety cap protects staff from accidental blood exposure. The 20 mm secure grip design facilitates handling with gloves in demanding clinical environments.

Sterile by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 11137 and EN 556-1, with a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶. Certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2021, with CE marking and conformity with Directive 98/79/EC.
