    Viper™ valved infusion catheter

A pharmacomechanical thrombolysis catheter designed for the controlled infusion of TPA and the effective treatment of thrombi in pulmonary and peripheral vessels.

    Viper™ valved infusion catheter

A pharmacomechanical thrombolysis catheter designed for the controlled infusion of TPA and the effective treatment of thrombi in pulmonary and peripheral vessels.

The Viper™ is a pharmacomechanical thrombolysis system that combines targeted TPA infusion with controlled mechanical vibrations for rapid and safe thrombus dissolution. It’s designed to work over a guidewire system and offers lengths of 90 and 135 cm, facilitating access to deep vessels and pulmonary arteries in cases of pulmonary embolism (PE).

The lumen allows for the smooth passage of a 0.035” (0.36 mm) guidewire, ensuring stable and precise navigation. This valved catheter is also suitable for procedures in pulmonary veins or arteries where targeted thrombolysis is required.

    Features

    • Precise TPA infusion combined with mechanical vibration.
    •

    • Compatible with 0.035” guidewires.
    •

    • Available lengths: 90 and 135 cm to reach deep vessels.
    •

    • Effective application in pulmonary or deep venous thrombosis.
    •

    • Valved design allowing greater control during the procedure.

    Benefits

    • Safe access to clotted vessels, even in the pulmonary artery.
    •

    • Rapid thrombus reduction without invasive surgical intervention.
    •

    • Homogeneous drug infusion in the affected segment.
    •

    • Minimises complications such as uncontrolled embolisms.
    •

    • Ideal for PE, VTE, and acute thromboses in critical patients.
