    Viper ULTRA pharmacomechanical thrombectomy system

A pharmacomechanical catheter for tPA infusion assisted by vibrations, indicated for effective thrombolysis in venous or arterial vessels.

The Viper ULTRA is an advanced pharmacomechanical thrombolysis system that combines the precise administration of tPA with mechanical vibration to enhance thrombus dissolution. Compatible with 0.035” guidewires and available in lengths of 90 cm and 135 cm, it allows for safe access to thrombosed vessels, including the pulmonary artery in cases of pulmonary embolism (PE).

Thanks to its distributed micropores at the distal tip, it ensures homogeneous diffusion of the thrombolytic agent, optimising pharmacological action with minimal invasiveness.

    Features

    • tPA infusion with simultaneous mechanical stimulation.
    •

    • Catheter compatible with 0.035” (0.36 mm) guidewire.
    •

    • Available lengths: 90 cm and 135 cm.
    •

    • Use in peripheral vessels and the pulmonary artery.
    •

    • 30 10-micron micropores at the distal tip for uniform delivery.

    Benefits

    • Increases thrombolytic efficacy compared to conventional methods.
    •

    • Allows precise access to clotted vessels without surgical intervention.
    •

    • Reduces total procedure time in critical situations like PE.
    •

    • Optimises tPA distribution thanks to vibration and micropores.
    •

    • Minimises the necessary dose of thrombolytic, reducing systemic effects.
