    Mantis directional thrombectomy

A rotational thrombectomy device with a blade-shaped tip and an ultra-aspiration system, designed for the effective removal of thrombi in deep venous or arterial occlusions.

The Mantis system is an advanced rotational thrombectomy device that combines a blade-shaped tip for mechanical thrombus fragmentation with powerful ultra-aspiration capabilities. It is designed to restore blood flow in acute, subacute, or chronic thrombotic occlusions in the peripheral and central vasculature.

Its nitinol shaft reinforced with PA/PEBAX polymers provides excellent torque response, kink resistance, and precise rotational control, even in tortuous anatomies. Additionally, it features radiopaque markers that allow for clear visualization under fluoroscopy, facilitating safe and precise navigation.

    Features

    • Blade-shaped tip for precise thrombus fragmentation.
    •

    • Distal infusion zone for targeted delivery of thrombolytic agents or contrast media.
    •

    • Nitinol shaft with PA/PEBAX polymer coating for enhanced durability and flexibility.
    •

    • Radiopaque markers from the distal tip to the proximal shaft for accurate visualization.
    •

    • Flexible catheter profiles available in 5.0F and 6.0F to accommodate various vascular diameters.
    •

    • Catheter lengths of 90 cm, 110 cm, and 135 cm for diverse procedural approaches.

    Benefits

    • Effective thrombus removal in deep venous or arterial occlusions.
    •

    • Reduced risk of complications associated with persistent thrombi.
    •

    • Improved blood flow and rapid restoration of tissue perfusion.
    •

    • Ease of use thanks to its ergonomic design and clear fluoroscopic visualization.
    •

    • Procedural versatility with multiple size and length options.
