The JaGuar guide introducer is designed to function as both a guide catheter and an introducer sheath in vascular intervention procedures. Its highly flexible, braided structure provides excellent resistance to kinking and ensures secure placement.
The sheath features a hydrophilically coated atraumatic tip and a radiopaque marker located 5 mm from the tip for precise fluoroscopic localization. The dilator, perfectly shaped to fit the sheath, allows simultaneous movement and improves visibility thanks to its high radiopacity.
The dilator’s minimized distal segment extends 2 cm beyond the sheath to facilitate access. All models include a Y-valve and a three-way stopcock connected via a side tube.
