    Stena flow modulating stent

The Stena multi-layer flow modulator enables the restoration of healthy laminar flow and the protection of arterial branches through a 5-layer mesh design with minimally invasive implantation.

Stena is a multi-layer flow modulator delivered via a stent delivery system percutaneously or by cut-down from the access artery (preferably femoral).

The device is advanced endoluminally to the desired site under angiographic guidance. Its design allows for the restoration of healthy laminar flow, maintenance of arterial branch patency, and the promotion of organised, stable thrombus formation, all thanks to rapid endothelialisation and a minimally invasive procedure.

It includes tantalum radiopaque markers at both ends to facilitate positioning.
