    TME myocardial pacing cables

Temporary myocardial pacing cables intended for use after cardiac surgery. Available in multiple lengths, with various anchoring options and excellent reliability.

TME pacing cables are designed for temporary electrical stimulation of the myocardium following open-heart surgeries. They are securely attached to the myocardial tissue to allow effective monitoring and stimulation of the heart during the postoperative period.

Thanks to their braided design and a variety of anchoring mechanisms, these cables provide flexibility, durability, and ease of insertion. Stimulation can be applied to the atria (right or left) or the ventricles (biventricular pacing).

    Features

    • Highly fracture-resistant braided cable
    • Available in 2 or 4 pole configurations
    • Polyethylene (PE) protective sheath on 4-pole models
    • Excellent sensitivity and low stimulation threshold
    • Secure myocardial fixation with anchoring options:
      • Teeth (T)
      • ZickZack (Z)
      • V-hook (V-Haken)
    • Integrated thoracic needle for easy exterior passage
    • Available lengths: 60 cm, 220 cm, and custom versions

    Benefits

    • Versatility to adapt to different surgical configurations
    • Reduced risk of fractures thanks to the reinforced braided cable
    • High precision in stimulation and reliability in detection
    • Quick and easy installation with secure fixation
    • Anatomical adaptation through selection of appropriate anchors
    • Improved postoperative control of the patient’s heart rhythm
