Anterior and retrograde cardioplegia cannulas, cardiac suctions, and perfusion sets

Wide range of anterograde and retrograde cardioplegia cannulas, cardiac suctions, and perfusion sets designed for safety, flexibility, and efficiency during cardiac surgical procedures.

Biogen Diagnóstica offers a comprehensive selection of high-quality surgical cannulas, cardiac suctions, and perfusion sets from the Surge™ brand. These devices are designed to meet various clinical needs during cardiac surgery, allowing precise control, safe cardioplegia delivery, and effective suction.

The cardioplegia cannulas are available in anterograde and retrograde versions, with options for self-inflating or manual inflation. The cardiac suctions come in flexible or rigid versions, while the perfusion sets can be customized with PVC components, connectors, and color-coded clamps.

    Features

    • Perfusion sets with PVC tubing, male/female luer connectors (vented or non-vented), and color-coded clamps
    • Flexible cardiac suctions with low-profile tubing, serrated tip, and 0.25-inch connector
    • Rigid suctions available with rigid or soft tip and lateral ports
    • Anterograde cannulas available in 12Ga or 14Ga, with or without vent line
    • Self-inflating retrograde cannulas with low-pressure balloon and soft tip, inflating automatically via differential pressure
    • Options for rigid stylet or flexible guide to facilitate transatrial placement
    • Manually inflated retrograde cannulas with 18mm smooth or textured balloon

    Benefits

    • Adaptability to different surgical techniques through a wide range of available configurations
    • Enhanced safety during cardioplegia delivery with both automatic and manual inflation options
    • Efficient aspiration of the surgical field with ergonomically designed suctions
    • Ease of use in the operating room with color-coded components and standardized connectors
    • Reduced risk of tissue damage thanks to soft cannula tips and low-pressure balloons
    • Accurate placement supported by various guides and stylets for transatrial access
